How do I connect Apple Health?

Upon launching BioVector for the first time, you will be prompted to grant Apple Health permissions. If you skipped this, open the iOS Settings app > Health > Data Access & Devices > BioVector, and toggle 'Turn On All' to allow the system to ingest your metrics.

My AI Analysis says 'API-Key missing'. What now?

You are likely using an internal developer build. The production version from the App Store connects to our secure GCP proxy. Please ensure you have downloaded the official release via the iOS App Store to utilize the Gemini AI Engine.

How do I manage or cancel my BioVector Pro subscription?

All subscriptions are securely managed by Apple. To cancel, open the iOS Settings App on your iPhone > tap your Apple ID (Name) at the top > Subscriptions > BioVector. You can cancel your renewal there at any time.

Why aren't my workouts syncing from my Apple Watch?

BioVector reads data that is successfully written to Apple Health. First, ensure your Apple Watch has synced the workout to your iPhone's Fitness app. Then, open BioVector and pull down on the dashboard to force a manual refresh of the SQLite ledger.

Is my data backed up in the cloud?

No. For peak security, BioVector uses local SQLite databases exclusively. If you delete the app or lose your phone without making an encrypted iCloud Backup of your device, your historical protocol data is lost. We do not have access to your data to restore it.
